Z-Fundamentals of Fitness (In Development)

Want to experience vibrant health even on the days you don't get a Zubio massage?  Each class in this series is designed to give you a new skill to make you feel better immediately (just like a  Zubio massage) while building a foundation for integral health (just like, um, regular Zubio massage).

101: From Snoring to Soaring

The first class in this series is entitled From Snoring to Soaring. In just four half-hour sessions before work (or one two-hour Saturday morning session) you will learn a comprehensive ten-minute Kata (routine) of simple movements that you can do as soon as you roll out of bed. This routine will jump-start your circulatory systems, lubricate all of your joints, and clear the cobwebs from your mind gently easing you into your busy day. Within two weeks you will feel stronger, more flexible and more confident in the face of any daily challenge.

At the end of the class you will receive a handout of the Kata plus an instructional DVD for review and practice.
